Non-contact IR thermometer with pistol grip, laser pointer and backlit display, which IR measures surface temperature. Suitable for measuring organic materials as well as other high-emissivity materials and areas such as building exteriors, electronics and engine compartments. The display issues an alarm for temperatures exceeding 500 °C.

The thermometer has an optional hold function for the current value, max./min. temperature, and temperature scale in Celsius or Fahrenheit. Automatic battery saving function stops measurement after 10 seconds.
