Chauvet SlimBANK UV-18 is high-power, modern LED take on the traditional UV blacklight effect. By using LEDs rather than traditional lamps the UV-18 from Chauvet holds several key benefits over older-style UltraViolet effects. LEDs have an exceptionally long lamp-life (rated at 50,000+ hours) meaning an end to costly lamp changes and mid-event failures. LEDs also draw only a small amount of power meaning that the UV-18 can run all night with no duty cycle and projects very little ambient heat.
SlimBANK UV-18 by Chauvet comes fitted with removable barn doors which allow you to accurately direct the light where it's needed. Control of the UV-18 is either plug-and-play via the onboard controls or can be controlled using either 2 or 5 channel DMX which offers extended control over a host of on-board dimming curves.
Chauvet SlimBANK UV18 is the perfect blacklight effect for mobile disco, band, theatrical and production use and a superb, low energy/high output alternative to traditional UV strips and cannons.
