Broadcasting grade T/OF series, JSD series for high-end system, these EMT cartridges are for stereo LP records to SP shellac records, and you can choose the best one according to the quality of each record. This EST10 has a boost ratio of 1:10 and is optimized for TSD15, TMD25, TND65, XSD15, JSD5, JSD6, and with proper boost and correction circuits, it will be the pure sound of EMT.
Appropriate boosting is also possible for medium to high impedance (10Ω or more) cartridges other than EMT. The transformer used is also used in the EMT JPA66 phono stage, and has the same design as the original EMT930/927 equalizer 155st, and is a well-established brand used in many German-made studio equipment such as Telefunken and Neumann.
