Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM (6 hours work + 30-minute lunch break)
Location: Remote, with office presence in Tallinn 1-2 days per week starting January

Job Description:
As a Junior Affiliate Account Manager, you’ll manage client relationships, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support business growth through effective partnership and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Build and maintain B2B partnerships, resolve client inquiries, and ensure timely payments.
- Financial Reporting: Analyze statistics, calculate payments, and prepare invoices with precision.
- Data Management: Keep client records up-to-date across multiple platforms.
- Business Development: Negotiate agreements and onboard new clients.
- Marketing Support: Manage contracts and coordinate testimonials to enhance visibility.
Requirements:
- Languages: Excellent English communication skills (required); Russian proficiency (preferred).
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proactive approach.
- Technical: Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools.
- Experience: Client relationship management and business development experience are a plus.
