ML Engineer (LLM / RAG)

We're looking for a strong ML Engineer to help us build next-gen solutions using LLMs and RAG. We’re a California-based startup with a lean, fast-moving team, validated product-market fit, and paying clients. We value engineering culture, thoughtful decisions, and remote flexibility.

What we’re looking for:

Ability to break down complex problems and design effective ML solutions

Experience deploying ML models in production

Hands-on experience fine-tuning LLMs (LoRA, QLoRA, etc.), solid understanding of their architecture

Strong API experience with modern LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, etc.), prompt engineering skills

Experience designing and implementing RAG systems

Quick learner who can navigate new libraries, frameworks, and technologies

Ability to analyze and improve existing ML pipelines

Nice to have:

Experience with medical data (text, NLP, medical imaging, etc.)
