Service Engineer /Service Technician Laser Cutting Equipment

Sufra Nord OÜ is looking for a Service Engineer / Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair Bodor Laser metal laser cutting equipment at customer sites throughout Estonia.The company provides sales, installation, technical maintenance, and service support for Bodor Laser equipment.
Sufra Nord OÜ is part of Sufra Group and a partner of UAB SUFRA, which also represents Bodor Laser across the Baltic States.

Main Responsibilities:
Installation, commissioning, technical maintenance, and service support of Bodor Laser metal laser cutting machines, as well as related industrial peripheral equipment, including air compressors and filtration systems.

The work is carried out at customer sites throughout Estonia. Responsibilities include equipment diagnostics, scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting and repair, as well as providing technical support to customers.

Candidate Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience as an engineer, service technician, or technical specialist. Basic knowledge of mechanics and electrical systems, with an understanding of industrial equipment.

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems. Willingness to learn and work with Bodor Laser equipment and new technologies.

Responsibility, independence, technical thinking, and good communication with customers. Willingness to travel throughout Estonia for equipment installation and service.

Category B driving licence.

What We Offer:
Flexible working schedule with no requirement for daily office attendance. Work is organized according to current service tasks and customer needs. Some periods may involve several full working days, while others may have little or no scheduled work.
The main work involves travelling to customer sites throughout Estonia for equipment installation, maintenance, and repair. In case of equipment failure, an urgent service visit to the customer may be required.
Training on Bodor Laser equipment and technical support from the manufacturer and our service team are provided.
Independent work with modern industrial equipment and opportunities for professional development in laser technologies.
Employment terms and compensation are discussed individually with the candidate.

Salary:
Hourly compensation based on the agreed working schedule and actual working hours. Flexible, part-time employment depending on service workload.


Work Location: Customer sites throughout Estonia
