The EM 59 Heat is a 4-in-1 device. This digital TENS/EMS device comes with 64 pre-programmed applications for electrical muscle stimulation (EMS), transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) and massage for pain management and muscle stimulation. The EMS function can be used to tighten your muscles or allow individual muscle groups to recuperate. While the TENS function provides drug-free pain relief, you can also use it as a supplement to your exercise or for recuperation. A heating programme supplements the relaxation programme.
